His <a href=\"https:\/\/forbes.co.il\/e\/show-me-the-money-austin-zelan-on-becoming-a-millionaire-through-passive-income\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">biggest focus<\/a> is on the creation of passive income in order to help people realize their true potential and maximize their impact on the world around them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By strategically positioning themselves in the market, investors can often find new and unique opportunities to invest in alternative assets. The only way to really lose with these investments is if they stop being operational and can no longer generate cashflow, or if the market shifts in a way that causes expenses to be higher than revenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:25px\"><strong>The Purpose of Life<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Born in Renton, Washington, Zelan loved going to school, soaking every opportunity to learn and grow. He started his career as a consultant at&nbsp;<strong>Microsoft&nbsp;<\/strong>before he realized his life purpose &#8211; to have a positive impact on the people around him and help others. This revelation was the motivation Zelan needed to take a new path. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe first time I truly realized that it was possible to live off investment income alone was when I started investing in alternative investments like oil wells, real estate, and more. Austin Zelan | Photo: Christian Felix<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this new goal in mind, Zelan\u2019s first step was to learn how to invest: \u201cI\u2019ve spent thousands of hours mastering my craft and after many months of trial and error, I finally reached a point where I was able to generate investment returns consistently,\u201d he explains.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOnce I had a base income coming in from my investments, I began to diversify both internally within each asset class, and externally in unrelated sectors. This gave me a balanced portfolio that performed year after year. He finds that some of his best partnerships come from Israel and he has made it a priority to continue expanding and growing his impact in partnership with the Israeli people. \u201cI love the people of Israel because they are so quick to identify opportunities in the open market.
