The United States health insurance industry marked its proper existence sometime during the Great Depression in the 1930s. Historically, the field has always showcased men more than women. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite the sector\u2019s background, this drawback didn\u2019t stop Mara Dorne<\/a>, Senior Regional Sales Leader at USHealth Advisors (a subsidiary of UnitedHealthcare), from making her presence prominent and known. With 15 years of experience, her knowledge and insights outline her success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before stepping into health insurance, Dorne<\/a> had originally set her sights on a career in juvenile law, hoping to make a difference for children in need. She notes, \u201cI could have been like Erin Brockovich,\u201d and reflects on the impact she could have had. However, the 2008 financial crisis altered her path, making it financially impossible to continue her legal studies. While health insurance was a significant shift, Dorne recognizes that her work over the last 15 years has enabled her to connect with a diverse range of people and make a meaningful impact. Now, she uses her platform to support and inspire young entrepreneurs, offering them the guidance and encouragement that helped her succeed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite the differences between health insurance and juvenile law, Dorne maintains her desire to be a voice for young entrepreneurs at the start of their careers, expanding on her ability to connect with people and empower them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By the end of the year, Dorne plans to release a course dubbed \u201cMara Makes Millionaires,\u201d extending solutions to salespeople\u2019s most significant pain points. The course will afford clients some of her expertise and business strategies. A few of these methods led Dorne to produce many millionaires in her field, specifically women in a male-dominated industry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, Dorne\u2019s comprehensive program is called \u201cMara\u2019s 21-Day Challenge\u201d and is available for free. This initiative aims to help others build better versions of themselves, enabling women to see how powerful they can be with extra guidance and support. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dorne hosted her most recent challenge this past September, stressing that it may take more than 21 days to unlock one\u2019s full potential. Some of the specific tasks within her 21-day excursion include getting an early start in the day, decluttering your space, and becoming more intentional in your accomplishments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Like other experienced entrepreneurs, Dorne understands that making these changes doesn\u2019t come naturally overnight. However, she firmly trusts that having a good starting point can push any growing business in the right direction. The first 200 people to receive Dorne\u2019s insights can serve as additional proof of this notion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dorne upholds her authenticity by equipping herself with the \u201cBoss I\u2019d Like to Follow\u201d or \u201cBILF\u201d mindset, which allows her to achieve her greatest goals in the health insurance industry. She finds it crucial to be genuine in a field where relatability could determine success. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, staying authentic while boasting a powerful voice in a male-dominated trade could be the difference between one\u2019s triumph and another\u2019s defeat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leveraging her full-throttle mentality, Mara Dorne<\/a> hopes to enrich women\u2019s lives and inspire change in the future. As she continues her work in the health insurance field, she proudly points out that observing the triumphs of those she\u2019s helped has been the best part of her labor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
