Longevity is Possible with Naveen Jain’s Youth Formula

What if you could live in a world where aging and illness were optional? What if aging was just a matter of the choices you make every day and not simply the luck of the draw or genetics? What if, with each passing year, your body continues to improve?

For Naveen Jain, this isn’t fiction, but a fact backed by data and science.

A Focus on Research

According to Jain’s observations on the latest statistics of chronic disease, roughly 74% of people will die earlier than they have to due to non-communicable diseases. With chronic health problems rising and people getting sicker at younger ages, Jain realized a problem needed to be solved and sought to help solve the issue surrounding health and longevity.

“We wanted to answer the question if poor health is a matter of bad choices or bad luck,” said Jain.

Jain states that one of his team’s most significant challenges was developing hyper-precise nutrition efforts that work for someone and then showing the science that proves their results. For Jain, these results are personal. He says “At 65 he looks healthier, looks better, and looks younger.”

His book The Youth Formula seeks to debunk several common myths surrounding how a lack of adequate nutrition affects one’s body.

Utilizing The Youth Formula

For example, in his book, he clearly states that DNA does not determine one’s destiny. ”Even if you’ve had parents, grandparents, or siblings who have suffered from chronic diseases or conditions, you can change aspects of your life to increase your longevity.”

Jain shares that nutrition is the ultimate influence in determining how your body reacts to illness and age. In describing food, he states that many believe that certain superfoods are considered “universally healthy,” but are not. “A food can be good for you, or it can be harmful to you,” he says. “It’s critical you learn what is happening before you put any food in your mouth, and understand how it’s going to impact your body.”

Jain’s book, The Youth Formula, answers numerous questions about nutrition and how it affects your body. His primary goal in researching and writing it is to help people realize how nutrition impacts one’s body before they get sick, all with the hope of helping people live longer and healthier lives.
