Mickey Haslavsky’s AI Startup Raises $15 Million Led by MoreTech Ventures

enso, which builds and operates AI agent systems for marketing and sales, has completed a Series A round, bringing its total funding since inception to $23 million. The company's clients include MyHeritage, Papaya Global and Israel-Canada

enso, the Israeli startup building AI-agent systems for marketing and sales, announced a $15 million Series A led by MoreTech Ventures, with participation from existing investor NFX, Phenomen VC and Gil Hirsch, bringing the company’s total funding to $23 million. The funding will support the expansion of enso’s Agentic Growth Hacking model, in which AI agents continuously study how digital platforms decide what gets seen and turn those findings into new growth channels for businesses.

enso, founded in 2024 by entrepreneur Mickey Haslavsky, who serves as the company’s CEO, operates a platform of AI agents that allows organizations and businesses to create and deploy AI agents and manage brand content automatically, without human involvement.

Search algorithms, social feeds and AI answer engines increasingly determine which companies buyers encounter. Their rules change continuously, and buyers now use services such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews to research companies and products alongside familiar search engines and social networks. Growth tactics that worked until recently can lose their effectiveness just as quickly as platforms and user behavior change.

That’s where enso’s AI agents come in. They continuously study how platforms rank, recommend and cite content, test hypotheses at small scale and measure the results. Once a method proves itself, it’s turned into a repeatable workflow the agents run for the client on an ongoing basis; once a tactic stops working, it’s retested or retired.

“Marketing teams can spend months building a strategy around channels that change before they see results,” said Mickey Haslavsky, founder and CEO of enso. “AI agents make it possible to monitor multiple platforms continuously, test where opportunities are emerging and act while those opportunities still matter. We embed an engineer and a marketer with the customer, build the system around how they operate, measure against a baseline and keep a person accountable for what the agents do.”

Among the clients of the company, which currently employs around 25 people, most of them in Israel, are leading companies and organizations such as Papaya Global, MyHeritage, Papaya Gaming, Natural Intelligence, Winn AI and Israel-Canada.

For each customer, a forward-deployed engineer and marketer connect enso’s research to the company’s existing go-to-market operation, systems and brand voice, building a set of agents around those workflows. Sensitive or irreversible actions remain under human control.

Haslavsky was selected in 2017 to Forbes Israel’s list of promising young leaders as co-founder of RapidAPI, the open-source platform connecting developers to APIs that he founded two years earlier with Iddo Gino, and which was acquired roughly two years ago by Finnish telecom giant Nokia.

He left RapidAPI in 2018 and has continued building companies ever since. In recent years he served as CEO of BFrow, a platform for the global fashion community, advised Call Hero (later acquired by Truecaller), and founded travel-tech startup wndr. In 2024 he founded enso, and was recently appointed as an AI advisor to the committee established by Naftali Bennett, head of the “Together” party.
