enso Appoints Peretz Daniel Markish as VP Creative

Former BBDO Content and Peach creative executive and Contra Content co-CEO will lead the intersection of technology, content and video at the agentic growth company.

Agentic growth company enso has named Peretz Daniel Markish as its new VP Creative, a role in which he will shape the company’s creative language and oversee the convergence of technology, content and video.

Markish is a creative executive, director and specialist in content- and video-driven advertising, and serves as co-founder and co-CEO of Contra Content. He previously held VP Creative positions at BBDO Content and Peach for nearly nine years, and earlier co-founded the content and production company Fineshmaker.

Throughout his career, Markish has led campaigns for Israeli and international brands, including an OrCam initiative featuring Lionel Messi that brought blind children from around the world to meet the soccer star, and a Samsung–Vogue collaboration that reframed a Samsung phone as a fashion accessory. Considered a pioneer of content-driven advertising in Israel, he also created the series “Nicole’s Brilliant Ideas.” His client roster spans technology companies such as Google, MyHeritage, Mobileye, Intel and eBay. More recently, Markish has been incorporating AI tools into creative and production pipelines, allowing projects that once demanded larger budgets, bigger teams and longer timelines to come together far more efficiently.

“Creativity becomes more important”

enso operates as an Agentic Growth Lab, deploying AI agents across the channels where companies find and engage customers. Its agents drive growth and go-to-market activity across five areas: SEO and GEO, sales development, communities, newsletters and social media. The company tracks how platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Reddit and AI answer engines are evolving, pinpoints emerging opportunities, and tests them on a small scale — turning the experiments that succeed into agentic workflows that can be run, measured and refined continuously.

“As AI agents take on a larger share of marketing execution, creativity becomes even more important,” said Mickey Haslavsky, Founder and CEO of enso. “Technology can execute, test and learn quickly, but it still needs an idea, a language and an understanding of the audience and the brand. Peretz brings deep experience in content creation and campaign building, together with hands-on familiarity with the new possibilities AI is opening up for creative professionals.”

“AI gives creative professionals the ability to turn ideas into productions and content at a speed and scale that simply weren’t possible before,” said Markish. “At enso, we can take that capability a step further and embed creative thinking into systems that continuously carry out marketing work. I’m excited to bring my experience in creativity and production into technology that is changing the way brands operate and communicate with their audiences.”
